COVID Court Proceedings and Contact Information Update: The President of the United States has declared a National Emergency and the Governor of the State of Colorado has declared a State of Emergency related to the presence of and health risk associated with the Novel Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19). The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and local public health departments, have issued several orders both requiring and recommending certain actions to slow the spread of the disease, and the Governor has issued several Executive and Public Health Orders concerning the operation of businesses and personal pursuits for all Coloradans. Due to the public health risk posed by COVID-19, the Centers for Disease Control and CDHPE are recommending active steps to slow the spread of the disease and precautions to reduce the risk of exposure.
