On June 30, 2020 Senate Bill 20-211 was signed into law. Senate Bill 20-211 prohibits certain collection actions until November 1, 2020 namely garnishments, levying bank accounts or executing on a Court judgment. The Act is intended to assist those financially impacted by COVID-19.These collection limitations apply to Common Interest Communities.
