HB22-1137

NOTICE OF NEW LEGISLATION THAT REQUIRES ACTION BY AUGUST 9, 2022

Governor Polis signed HB22-1137 at 4:31 P.M. on June 3, 2022 having an effective date of August 9, 2022. This complex and sweeping legislation requires extensive changes to enforcement, collection and meeting policies and procedures that must be adhered to after August 9, 2022.
